Hadith on Reliance: The Prophet and Abu Bakr relied upon Allah when they were threatened in the cave

Abu Bakr reported: While we were in the cave, I said to the Prophet, “If one of them were to look down, they would see us under their feet!” So the Prophet, peace be upon him, said, “O Abu Bakr, what do you think about two with whom Allah is the third?”
[Sunan At-Tirmidhi, Book of Tafsir, Number 3096, Sahih]

عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ حَدَّثَهُ قَالَ  قُلْتُ لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَنَحْنُ فِي الْغَارِ لَوْ أَنَّ أَحَدَهُمْ يَنْظُرُ إِلَى قَدَمَيْهِ لَأَبْصَرَنَا تَحْتَ قَدَمَيْهِ فَقَالَ يَا أَبَا بَكْرٍ مَا ظَنُّكَ بِاثْنَيْنِ اللَّهُ ثَالِثُهُمَا
