Hadith on Self-Sufficiency: Encouragement to work for a living, earn wages, and support parents

Aisha reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said, “Verily, the best food a man can eat is that which he has earned, and his child’s earnings are part of his earnings.”
