Hadith on Religion: Whoever is given the religion is beloved to Allah

Abdullah ibn Mas’ud reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Verily, Allah has divided your character between you just as He has divided your provision between you. Verily, Allah the Exalted gives the world to those He loves and to those He does not love, but He only gives the religion to those He loves. Whoever is given the religion, then Allah has loved him. By the one in whose hand is my soul, a servant will not submit until he submits his heart and his tongue. None of you has faith until his neighbor is safe from his evil.” They said, “What is its evil, O Prophet of Allah?” The Prophet said, “His tyranny and oppression. A servant cannot earn wealth from what is forbidden and spend it and receive blessings in it. He cannot give in charity from it and have it be accepted. He cannot leave it behind his back except that it increases him in the Hellfire. Verily, Allah the Exalted does not expiate an evil deed with an evil deed. Rather, He expiates an evil deed with a good deed. Verily, a wicked deed cannot expiate a wicked deed.”

Hadith on Greetings: The best greeting is peace, mercy, and blessings from Allah be upon you

Imran ibn Hussein reported: A man came to the Prophet, peace be upon him, and he said, “Peace be upon you.” The Prophet said, “Ten good deeds.” Then another man came to the Prophet and he said, “Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah.” The Prophet said, “Twenty good deeds.” Then another man came to the Prophet and he said, “Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.” The Prophet said, “Thirty good deeds.”

Hadith on Peace: The Prophet would end his prayers with invocations for peace and mercy

Alqama ibn Wa’il reported that his father said: I prayed with the Prophet, peace be upon him, and he would invoke peace on his right said, saying, “Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you,” and again to his left side, saying, “Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you.”

[Sunan Abu Dawud, Book of Prayer, Number 997, Hasan]
