Hadith on Intention: A Muslim who regularly does good deeds will continue to be rewarded even if he is stopped by sickness or travel

Abu Musa reported: I heard the Prophet, peace be upon him, say on more than two occasions, “If a servant performs a good deed, but then is occupied by sickness or travel, it will be written for him as a good deed like he used to do when he was healthy and settled.

[Sunan Abu Dawud, Book 20, Number 3091, Sahih]

Hadith on Prayer: Prayers are partially rewarded if they lack complete humility and concentration

Amir ibn Yasir رضى الله عنه reported: I heard the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم saying, “Indeed, a person may finish (the prayer) and nothing is recorded for him except a tenth, or a ninth, or an eighth, or a seventh, or a sixth, or a fifth, or a fourth, or a third, or a half.”

[Sunan Abu Dawud, Book 2, Number 796, Grade: Hasan]

Hadith on Fiqh: The Prophet did not blame Muslims for having different interpretations of his statements

Abdullah رضى الله عنه reported: On the day he returned from the Battle of Ahzab, the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم made for us an announcement, “Nobody will pray his Zuhr (afternoon) prayer except in the vicinity of Banu Qurayza.” Some people, being afraid that the time for prayer would expire, said their prayers before reaching Banu Qurayza. Others said, “We will not say our prayer except where the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم has ordered us to pray, even if the time expires.” The Messenger of Allah did not blame anyone from the two groups.

[Sahih Muslim, Book 19, Number 4374]
