Hadith on Faith: The sweetness of faith is to love Allah, His Messenger, and the people

Anas ibn Malik reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “None will taste the sweetness of faith until he loves a person only for the sake of Allah, until he would rather be thrown in the fire than to return to unbelief, and until Allah and His Messenger are more beloved to him than anything else.”

Hadith on Love: Those who love each other for the sake of Allah will be envied by the Prophets

Mu’adh ibn Jabal reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Allah the Exalted said: Those who love each other for the sake of My glory will be upon pulpits of light and they will be envied by the prophets and the martyrs.”

Hadith on Love: Tell your brothers and sisters in Islam that you love them

Al-Miqdam ibn Ma’di reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “When a man loves his brother, then let him tell him.”

Hadith on Faith: The best faith is to love good for others, to hate evil others, and righteous speech

Sahl ibn Mu’adh reported: His father heard from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, “The most virtuous faith is to love for the sake of Allah, to hate for the sake of Allah, and to work your tongue in the remembrance of Allah.” Mu’adh said, “What is it, O Messenger of Allah?” He said, “That you love for the people what you love for yourself, and you hate for the people what you hate for yourself, and that you speak goodness or remain silent.”

Abdullah ibn Amr reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said, “Whoever would be delighted to be delivered from the Hellfire and entered into Paradise, then let him die while he witnesses that there is no God but Allah and that Muhammad is His servant and His messenger; and he treats people the way he loves to be treated.”

Hadith on Love: Do you love Paradise? Then love your brothers and sisters

Khalid ibn Abdullah Al-Qasri reported: He was giving a sermon upon the pulpit, saying that his father told him that his grandfather said: The Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said, “Do you love Paradise?” I said, “Yes.” He said, “Then love for your brother what you love for yourself.”
