Hadith on Prostitution: Allah has forbidden prostitution in the Noble Quran

Jabir reported: Abdullah ibn Ubayy Al-Salul would say to his servant girl, “Bring us something (gained from prostitution).” So Allah the Exalted revealed, “Do not compel your slave girls to prostitution, if they desire chastity, to seek thereby the temporary interests of worldly life. Hadith on Pardon: The Messenger of Allah forgives the polytheist who tried to murder him

Jabir reported: We took part in the expedition with the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, against Najd and when the time for afternoon rest approached, he was in a valley of thorny trees. He dismounted under a tree to rest in its shade and hung his sword upon it. The people dispersed among the trees in order to use their shade. While we were like this, the Messenger of Allah called us and we came to find a Bedouin sitting in front of him. The Messenger of Allah said, “This person came to me while I was asleep and he quietly took my sword. I woke up while he was standing over my head, holding my unsheathed sword. He said: Who will protect you from me? I said: Allah, three times.” And the Messenger of Allah did not punish him.

[Sahih Bukhari, Book 59, Number 460]

In another narration, the polytheist said, “Who will protect you from me?” The Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said, “Allah the Exalted.” Then the sword fell from his hand and the Messenger of Allah seized it. He said, “Who will protect you from me?” The polytheist said, “Be good to me!” He said, “Will you bear witness that there is no god but Allah and I am the Messenger of Allah?” He said, “No, but I give you my word that I will not fight you and I will not join anyone who is fighting you.” So the Messenger of Allah let him on his way. The polytheist returned to his people and said, “I have just come to you from the best of people!”

[Musnad Ahmad, Number 14768]

Ibn Taymiyyah: Good Character is the Creed of the Salaf

Sheikh ul-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah رحمه الله said in Al-Aqidah Al-Wasitiyyah:
By these principles [Ahl us-Sunnah wal Jama’ah] encourage well-known righteous deeds and forbid evil deeds in accordance with what is ordained by the Sharia. And they believe in practicing Hajj (pilgrimage) and Jihad (struggle for the cause of Allah), in attending Friday communal prayers and the holidays with the leaders, be they pious or wicked, and in observing the community prayers. They believe in advising the Ummah (nation of Muslims), and they firmly believe in the Prophet’s صلى الله عليه وسلم saying:

Ibn Qudamah: The Causes and Remedies of Anger, Malevolence, and Envy

Ibn Qudamah رحمه الله writes in Minhaj Al-Qasidin [English translation and Arabic text below]:
Anger is a flame of fire, and when man is angry he has some relation to the accursed Satan who said, as mentioned in the Quran:
خَلَقْتَنِي مِن نَّارٍ وَخَلَقْتَهُ مِن طِينٍ
You created me from fire, and him from clay.

Hadith on Mercy: The Angel of the Mountains offered to destroy the disbelievers but the Prophet had mercy on them

Aisha reported: She asked the Prophet , “Have you encountered a day harder than the battle of Uhud?” The Prophet, peace be upon him, replied, “Your tribes have troubled very much, and the worst was the day of ‘Aqaba when I presented myself to Ibn Abd-Yalail ibn Abd-Kulal and he did not respond to what I intended. So I departed, overwhelmed with excessive sorrow, and I could not relax until I found myself at Qarnath-Tha-alib where I lifted my head towards the sky to see a cloud shading me. I looked up and saw Gabriel in it. He called me saying, “Allah has heard your people’s saying to you and how they have replied. Allah has sent the Angel of the Mountains to you that you may order him to do whatever you wish to these people.” The Angel of the Mountains greeted me, and said, “O Muhammad, order what you wish. If you like, I will let the mountains fall on them.” The Prophet, peace be upon him, said, “No, I hope that Allah will bring from their descendants people who will worship Allah alone without associating partners with Him.”

Khutbah Al-Hājah: How to Begin a Khutbah Sermon in Arabic and English

All thanks and praise is due to Allah, whom we seek His help and forgiveness. We seek refuge in Allah from whatever evil our hearts conceal and from the consequences of our evil deeds. Whoever Allah grants guidance will never be led astray. Whoever He leads astray will never find guidance. I attest that none is worthy of worship except Allah, who has no partners, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.

O you who have believed, fear Allah as He should be feared and do not die except as Muslims [in submission to Him].

[Surah Ali Imran 3:102]

O mankind, fear your Lord, who created you from one soul and created from it its mate and dispersed from both of them many men and women. And fear Allah , through whom you ask one another, and the wombs. Indeed Allah is ever, over you, an Observer.

[Surah An-Nisa 4:1]

O you who have believed, fear Allah and speak words of appropriate justice. He will [then] amend for you your deeds and forgive you your sins. And whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger has certainly attained a great attainment.

[Surah Al-Ahzab 33:70-71]

Indeed, the most truthful speech is the Book of Allah, the best guidance is the guidance of Muhammad, and the worst affairs are newly invented matters. Every newly invented matter is a religious innovation, and every religious innovation is misguidance, and every misguidance is in the Hellfire.

To proceed:

Al-Bara ibn Azib reported (رضى الله عنه): The Messenger of Allah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: “When you go to bed, perform Wudu’ (ablution) as for prayer, then lie down on your right side and say, ‘O Allah, I submit my face to You, and entrust my affair to You, and commit my back to You, out of hope and fear of You. There is no refuge or place of safety but with You. Hadith on Forgiveness: On the Day of Resurrection, the believers will have an intimate conversation with Allah

Safwan ibn Muhriz reported: A person said to Ibn Umar, “What did you hear from the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, about the personal conversation (with Allah on the Day of Resurrection)?” He said,
I heard him saying: A believer will be brought before his Lord the Exalted on the Day of Resurrection and He will place upon him His veil and make him confess his sins, saying: Do you recognize? He will say: My Lord, I do recognize. Allah will say: I concealed them for you in the world and today I forgive you. He will then be given the book containing his good deeds. As for the disbelievers and hypocrites, there will be a general announcement before all creation declaring that these people had lied about Allah.”

[Sahih Muslim, Book 37, Number 6669]

Hadith on Funerals: Muslims should humbly follow the funeral procession and pray over an aborted fetus

Jubair said: Al-Mughirah ibn Shu’bah reported – and I think he attributed it to the Prophet, peace be upon him, The rider should travel behind the funeral procession, and those on foot should walk behind it, in front, to the right or to the left, near to it. The funeral prayer should be offered over the miscarried fetus, and supplications for forgiveness and mercy should be made for the parents.”

[Sunan Abu Dawud, Book 20, Number 3180, Sahih]
